Meet your hosts:  Summer has over 24 years in the industry, ranging from hostess all the way to GM.  She’s old, bitter, and uses sarcasm when possible to put up with asshole customers.  She created this podcast to help give the industry a safe haven to talk against all the asshole customers!  Heather has been in the industry for a little over a year now!  She joined the industry after a decade in accounting.  She’s nerdy and has a bit of a mischievous streak!   We might have different perspectives on the industry, but the one thing we
